On 02-02-2012 Supreme Court of India passed another landmark in the public interest litigation filed by Center for Public Interest Litigation and Dr. Subramanian Swamy.
Wherein the Court dealt with many questions regarding 2G scam and one question particularly “Whether the Government has the right to alienate, transfer or distribute natural resources/national assets otherwise than by following a fair and transparent method consistent with the fundamentals of the equality clause enshrined in the Constitution?”
